this was a task from Smarty's drawing class. Smarty is Crystal's cousin.

Smarty didnt drew well during the class, so my father-in-law copied the picture on the board, brought it home and re-drew till late at nite. the next morning, he taught Smarty how to draw and color it.

Crystal took the pic her grandpa drew,

copied the main picture (lady butterfly) from the back side of the paper,

colored it, added some flowers, bugs and snail.

writing songs

crystal was having her poopy last nite, almost near to midnite.

while she did .. she was writing 4 songs. lol ... !

2. story of little city (her version) .. this is the title of a chinese song

mommy asked crystal, how she got the idea of making these fish.

she said, "i saw it on tv... oh, no ... no .. our teacher taught us."

for the fish 'hook', it was her own idea.

妈妈问晶晶那个人教她做这小鱼。

她说：“是在电视里看得。哦 .. 不 .. 不是！是老师教的!”

鱼钩是她自己想出来的。

found this piece of crystal's hand writing at our living room window.

it made me laugh. i showed it to my husband, he laughed and on the same time, felt proud too.

because our lil girl starts to write many chinese characters.

the 4th character means 'wind'.

the correct characters should be:

when got home from office, mama saw crystal was busy with this.

smarty was helping her.

crystal's assistant-teacher told grandpa that at her class some kids drew nothing, 1, 2 or maximum 4 slices of watermelons. crystal drew 9 slices!

what a coincidence!

and everybody in our family loves this picture.

晶晶班的沈阿姨说班上的小朋友有的没画出来，有的画一两个，最多画四个。

但是晶晶确画了九个！

沈阿姨还说：晶晶画画真照！
